The 2 yard mini skip has the capacity to hold 20-30 bin bags. A 2 yard mini skip is the perfect skip for any small rubbish removal job and will save you the time, effort and fuel of a tip run!
A 4 yard midi skip is perfect for property improvement projects, garden projects, cellar, attic or garage clear out and more. It is a popular choice for many small businesses and all types of tradesmen and women. The 2 yard mini skip has the capacity to hold 20-30 bin bags. Available as a 1 off or regular contract to suit your requirements.
The 6 yard builders skip is a mid-sized skip which we regularly deliver to building sites, property renovations and building projects or large landscaping projects. Suitable for heavy waste such as hardcore, rubble, aggregates and soil, the size of this skip means you will be able to complete your waste removal without additional skip hire.
Our 8 yard builder skip is ideal for large loads of heavy materials such as bricks, clay, hardcore or soil. This skip is suitable for building trades or major home and garden renovations. With an 8 cubic yards capacity, this skip holds 60-80 bin bags. We advise that the heaviest waste is put in first and evenly spread, to assist balance during loading.
The 10 yard maxi skip is the second largest skip we offer. With a capacity of 10 cubic yards this skip holds 80-100 bin bags. This sized skip is not suitable to be filled with heavy materials like stone and rubble. When hiring a 10 yard or 12 yard maxi skip, you may not have spare space on your property to accommodate it and we may need to apply for a road skip permit for your project.
Our 12 yard maxi skips offer the largest capacity of all our skips, holding around 210 bin bags full of rubbish! Regularly booked by commercial clients for large projects that include bulky items and general construction waste. They can also be used in domestic projects that will produce a considerable amount of waste
Roll on roll off skips or RoRo skips are large, low sided skips and are designed for heavy duty waste removal and large industrial jobs. Suitable for all types of commercial, industrial, demolition and agricultural waste. Our roll on roll off skips have low sides, and a rear opening door, so you can easily load your waste and rubbish in them.
Enclosed skips are available in the same sizes as open skips, with a slight increase in the height for the enclosed lid. Enclosed skips have a lockable lid, so you can dispose of your waste safely preventing unwanted access from third-parties or fly-tippers, who may dispose of incorrect or hazardous materials in your skip.
Builders’ skips are a very popular choice! They are excellent for a wide range of projects, and available as a one off skip hire or a regular contract! Perfect for builders, plumbers, kitchen and bathroom fitters, roofers, building sites, property renovations, landscaping projects, property clearance and much more.
Maxi skips, as the name suggests, are our large-scale commercial, industrial and agricultural skips. They are perfect for large domestic renovation projects and commercial use on building sites etc. A large HGV is required to deliver and pick up the skip so the road must be large enough to accommodate this vehicle.
Midi skips are ideal for domestic projects that will generate more waste than expected. Because of their size, they will easily sit on a driveway making them ideal for household use. Our team can offer our advice on the size of skip that is suitable for your project.
Mini skips, as the name suggests, are the smallest skips that we offer for hire at 1 Ace Skips. Typically, we offer mini skip hire for household jobs such as a small garage clear out or getting rid of garden waste.
